Refund &  Cancellation Policy

At Char-Cute with Me, each board is made fresh and customized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place: 

All orders are final. No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed. 
 

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery for a full credit toward a future order.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the order are non-refundable.

Changes to Orders:

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes if requested at least 48 hours in advance, but changes are not guaranteed.

Quality Concerns: 

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery with photos. 

  • We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
